Q. How will I be receiving my audio?

A. Our standard audio format is mp3, 128 kbps, 16 bit, mono audio files. If you would prefer a different format, please let us know. We can make audio files in most of the major audio formats. We will deliver the audio via a weblink. We can also upload to a client server or FTP, upon request.

Q. When will I be receiving my audio?

A. Depending on the nature of the content and the production services needed, most projects are usually completed within 3-5 business days.

Q. Where do I send purchase orders or invoices?

A. All financial questions including rate quotes and billing should be emailed to Jeff Cassidy at jeff@aapworldwide.com.
